Hi! I’m Rachel. I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Natural Food Chef. My passion for nutrition and cooking was born out of necessity. For the majority of my life, I dealt with debilitating health issues. By working on my diet, lifestyle, mindset, and nervous system, I have been able to improve my wellbeing and continue to heal myself from the inside out.
