Smoked Salmon and Veggie Nori Wrap

▪️Organic white rice -

▪️Nori sheet -

▪️Smoked wild salmon -

▪️Cucumber -

▪️Scallion -

▪️Sprouts -

▪️Avocado -

▪️coconut aminos or GF tamari for dipping! 

This is surprisingly easy, super delicious, and nutritious! Cook rice (could use brown/wild rice, or quinoa) and let cool (don’t forget to season your rice). Place your nori sheet on a bamboo mat, then with wet hands, lay down an even layer of rice. Add your fillings and roll! Use whatever veggies and protein you’d like. If you don’t have a bamboo mat, you can use plastic wrap and a towel! Just Roll with whatever you have.
