Tropical Pitaya Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen dragon fruit/ pitaya
1/2 cup canned coconut milk (I like native forest “simple” )
1 cup coconut water (I like harmless harvest)
Optional add ins: evo hemp hemp hearts (code RACHEL), chia seeds, avocado, collagen powder!
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. I like a thicker smoothie but if that’s not your vibe, just add in more liquid! This smoothie makes around 32 oz!
