Bulletproof Turmeric Latte

Simmer 8-10oz of filtered water with 1/2 tsp of ground organic turmeric in saucepan

In blender add:

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • 1 tsp grass-fed butter

  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides or gelatin (optional but adds some frothiness)

  • 1/8 tsp ground organic ginger

  • 1/8 tsp ground organic cinnamon

  • black pepper (boosts absorption of turmeric

  • blend for 30-45 seconds
