Chimichurri Chicken Salad Wrap
Chimichurri Sauce
π±1 cup cilantro
π±1 cup parsley
π±1/2 cup scallions
π±2tsp dried oregano
π±3 cloves of garlic
π±1/4-1/2 cup olive oil
π±The juice of one juicy lime
π±1/2-3/4 tsp salt
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until well mixed.
Mix 2 cups of shredded chicken with 1/4th cup of Chimichurri Sauce. Put in a coconut wrap with mixed salad greens and avocado
