Grain Free Molasses Cookies Grain Free Molasses Cookies ▫️1/2 cup creamy almond butter (I like 365 organic creamy almond butter)▫️3/4 cup almond flour▫️1/2 cup coconut sugar▫️1 egg▫️1 tsp vanilla▫️1/8th cup molasses▫️1/4th tsp baking powder▫️1/2 tsp ginger▫️3/4 tsp cinnamon▫️1/2 tsp ground clove▫️pinch of salt (don’t add if almond butter is salted)➖2 tbsps coconut sugar or cane sugar for rolling dough in (cane sugar looks prettier and more traditional!)Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix almond butter, coconut sugar, egg, vanilla, and molasses together. Then add in almond flour, spices, and baking powder. Once everything is combined, put dough in freezer for around 30 minutes. Form dough into balls then roll in coconut sugar and press down onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put cookies into oven for 15 minutes. Let cookies completely cool, then ENJOY!
