Pesto Pasta

PESTO PASTA

▫️2 cups fresh basil 

▫️3 TBSP pine nuts

▫️2 cloves of garlic 

▫️1/2 cup EVOO

▫️2 TBSP grated Parmesan 

▫️1/2 tsp salt 

▫️Black pepper to taste

▫️1 tsp lemon juice

Traditionally, you would add all ingredients (except EVOO) to a food processor and pulse until everything is combined and then stream in the EVOO. TBH I just throw everything in a food processor or small blender and it has worked just fine! I love to serve this with jovial cassava grain free spaghetti (or really any of their pastas!)
