RMW Chicken Salad

2 cups cooked chicken shredded

1/3 cup of avocado oil mayo (I love primal kitchen) 

1/2 cup of celery - diced

1/2 cup of carrot - diced

1/3 cup of scallions - thinly sliced

1/2 cup loosely packed cilantro- chopped 

1 lemon juiced

1/2 tsp salt

Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
